We prepare each player for their specific NBA individual workouts and advise them on how to best deal with the interview process, which includes mock interview training.
At Entersport, we represent only a select group of top draft prospects, which permits us to provide each of them with the personal attention they need to optimize their NBA Draft position. Over the last 10 years we have represented 9 first round draft choices (including 3 lottery picks) and 10 second round picks and thus we have a proven track record of preparing and positioning our rookie clients.

Unlike many of our competitors, our services do not end after the Draft or even after a player’s rookie season.

We realize the importance to our clients to participate in NBA mini camps and Summer Leagues and we use our experience and relationships to give our clients these opportunities.

In that regard, we assist our clients in preparing for the camps or Summer Leagues by providing them with world class strength and conditioning training, as well as basketball skill coaching.

Marc Fleisher has over the last 25 years negotiated well over a 100 NBA contracts for players of all levels, from the NBA minimum to “max” contracts. Entersport has negotiated contracts with every team in the NBA and its experience and vast knowledge of the NBA-NBPA Collective Bargaining Agreement and Salary Cap is unsurpassed.

Marc and his partner Reed Nopponen have negotiated many of the record setting contracts in Europe. Over the past 20 years, an Entersport client has been the highest paid player in Europe for over 11 of these years.

Entersport does not manage our clients’ money. We will however, if requested, assist in the selection of experienced financial advisors. Likewise, we help our clients in other financial matters such as negotiating the purchase or lease of a home, car, boat or aircraft, and in finding the right accountant or other tax advisor.

Entersport will provide its clients with access to some of the best insurance professionals to address their individual needs. This includes, but is not limited to, insurance for disability (on and off the court, permanent or temporary), life, home, car, and renters policies.

Entersport firmly belies that its clients need to lay the foundation for their post playing days, now rather than later. We assist players in continuing their education during their playing days as well as to participate in off season internship or other job training.

We advise our clients on how to network with the business community both where they live and work, to use their celebrity to develop relationships that will be vital to help foster their post basketball career opportunities. We are proud of the fact that many of Entersport’s clients have gone on to successful careers after their playing days ended, both in and out of basketball.
